CONFERENCE ELECTRONIC NAMEPLATE

DSPPA electronic nameplate system is an auxiliary system of modern digital conference system. It can be linked with the server via Cat-5 cable or Wi-Fi to realize central control. It has two LCD screens. One is to display the attendees’ information like company, position, name, etc., and the other is to display conference agenda, notice, documents, voting, call service, etc.

Background server, connected by the wired (RJ45) or wireless connection communication electronic desk name tablet displays conference topics and attendees location information to guide attendees into the corresponding conference room. One side of name plate on the side of the show staff name, name, position, and support direct modification on the screen; the other side shows part of the terminal content such as conference agenda, call service, conference notice.
